Berger-Seidle is well-known for reliable and individual customer support. An integral part of this is the sustainable and steady transfer of knowledge as part of the customer service. Therefore, we do not only transfer knowledge in case of hotline questions by our technical service team. In addition to that, we also offer a large variety of seminars and training opportunities for our customers – whether through a standard seminar, or through individually customized training courses and topics. The customer has the choice.

Dozens of Berger-Seidle specialist training courses and seminars take place every year, in-house in our seminar and technical center in Grünstadt in Germany’s south-west wine region, or on-site in our customers’ locations in Germany and all over the world.

Focus is on an optimal mix of theory and practice. Dialogue, feedback and active application is expressly offered and included. Last but not least, this open dialogue and the customer’s questions are also one of our a valuable inputs for the products of tomorrow.
