When accessing the Internet offer of Berger-Seidle GmbH, the following information is stored in a log file:
– IP address of the computer from which the request was sent
– address of the website from which the access takes place
– server related information, type of client-side web browser and operating system
– information about the used server service,
– protocol version,
– name of the retrieved file or offer page,
– Date and Time,
– transferred data volumes,
– Status information.
In addition, we use the service Google in the “Search Partner on Site” section. Here we refer to the external conditions of the provider when using this service.
The information is stored for a period of 14 days and then automatically deleted. They are used solely for statistical or billing purposes and to ensure proper operation; personal usage profiles are not created. A passing on to third does not take place. The offer of the company Berger-Seidle GmbH does not use any techniques that track the access behavior of individual users (eg cookies).
In certain cases, the use of the offer requires the request of personal data such as name, address or contect information. As far as this is concerned, the nature, scope and purpose of the processing are shown in the associated context. By providing the requested data, you agree to this processing. You have the right to information, correction or deletion of personal data stored by you (pD) as well as the right of restriction of processing and the right of objection and complaint to a supervisory authority and the right to information in a data transfer.
